Already built for Vending Mastery

I spent the last 96 hours building the Vending Mastery 1:1 Mentorship a low-ticket-to-high-ticket ascension that gets high-ticket sales calls for free on cold traffic.

We've launched multiple low tickets and generated over $2 million with our low-ticket funnels. We've done it for people with millions of followers, and for people with no following at all.

Before the deliverables

Four things I noticed
before I built anything.

01

Your funnel today

You've already paid for cold traffic twice, and every ad asked for nothing but an email.

Your free training ran from November to February, then the live masterclass ran in April and May. Both pages are gone now and I can't find an ad running. Free funnels mean you pay full price for every call, and the £4,000 mentorship sits behind a Google Form. There's no paid first step that's about vending and ends in a call.

  • Free training£0
  • Business book list£13.99
  • A vending product that ends in a callnothing here
  • Pitching templates£89.92
  • Course only£350
  • Group Coaching£1,500
  • 1:1 Mentorship£4,000

Your Skool page still says $450, while your site says £350.

Why I built this one

We took a partner from 0 to $100k a month with fewer than 800 followers.

Same model as this: a low-ticket front end, an upsell, then buyers ascending into a high-ticket offer. A small following wasn't the problem, and yours is 32,724 on Instagram alone. People are already in your comments asking how to join the mentorship.

The maths

Same £10,000 of ads. A call costs £74 instead of £333.

The front end pays back 0.78x of the spend, on purpose. It isn't there to profit. It's there so every call comes from someone who's already paid you. You also feed Meta purchase data, so you know what's working in days rather than at the end of the month. All of this is a projection at £2.50 a click, and we'd check it on a call.

£333a call on a free funnel, 30 calls for £10,000
£7,773back from the £27, the bump, the upsell and the downsell
£74net cost per booked call, with 5 enrolments at £4,000 from 30 calls

The objection you're already forming

"Won't a £27 kit cheapen my mentorship?"

It's aimed at people who've never thought about vending, not your current audience. It opens the door, and the moment a beginner has a plan they need a location, a yes and a route. That's the part only you can do with them. I've also moved your £89.92 templates into the one-time offer, so the £27 doesn't undercut them.

  • £27How vending works, and a plan for machine one
  • £97What to say to get the yes
  • £4,000Meg in your corner for 90 days

So instead of explaining it, I built it. The offer, the £27 funnel, the VSL, the emails and the ads, all below.
